I heard the teams don't share ticket holder information.

They may not if they're able to sell out with full season tickets.

They are able to, but have decided not to. They want to leave a certain number of tickets open for smaller packages, so that fans who can't afford ir can't make an entire season are still able to go to the game.

Translation: even more people on that list will be left out in the cold as far as full season tickets are concerned.

So what's the big grandiose explanation as to why they didn't go by order of calls received for call backs? "Ummm, we wanted to be fair to the people who had to think about it a while before calling in, ummm, ummm..."
