    Tulsa Gun Show

Great show if you were a customer.

The vendors all seemed pretty upset towards the end of today's show.

I made a sweet deal on a couple of new knives, a Benelli 12 guage pump and a Sig 9mm.

Bought some .22 ammo to go plinking with and some OO Buck for the new Shotgun.

There was lots of great deals.

Even some of the high end stuff was more approachable at this show.

    I'm gonna go rest up.

The Wife smoked a brisket for tonight and the kids are staying the night with friends down the street.

I think tonight is gonna be a good night.

There were a few of these set-ups for under $2000.

I'd get as many high-cap mags as you'll need for a lifetime. They'd be the first to get baned, that is, if congress so inclines. I don't think it will happen because of all the blue-dogs from southern states, but you never know.

I learned my lesson in the 1990's. Paying 40 bucks for a used AR-15 mag is bull****. They're about $13 now. Buy cheap, stack deep.

ps - high-cap Glock mags we're well over $100 during the ban.

What model was the 9mm Sig? 226? 229? And if you don't mind me asking, how much did it run you? Sig's MSRPs are a bit on the high end.
    ... that's not food.

Jerk....there was at least two piles of em today that I saw and they were going for $10 each new.

Also I didn't see any new Glocks or for that matter any new higher end handguns that made me go...wow...I ought to snap that up.

It was a Cops old gun and I got it for $325.

I want a .45 but the 9mm 226 was just to good a deal to pass up IMO. It had the original box and two clips with it and some extras (Sights and trigger work) have been done to it.
