Steak and eggs.
I try to prevent nestbuilding in my grill by leaving the lid open. Works like a charm plus the rain helps wash the buildup off of the grill. Plus it overflows the grease catch, leaving a tasty grease-rain residue that my dogs find absolutely enjoyable. It's a win-win-win situation!
