I remember that season well - because WE WENT TO THE FINAL FOUR, beyonces And HOW did we get to that level, you ask? WE BEAT YOU. We destroyed your best season in recent history. We ruined your dream, and we intend to ruin any hope you have left in this season TONIGHT.

I remember the recent days when Mizzou would be a preseason top 5 team and finish out of the tournament. I remember them getting a #3 preseason ranking and immediately thinking "Mizzou is highly overrated."

Actually, I think they were a 12 seed during that Elite 8 run. They were lucky to get that far before having their hopes and dreams crushed.

Dude our card has been punched, this is about seeding. we could be a 5 seed in the NCAA with a win today and a decent showing in the CT.

I think there is a VERY, VERY slim chance we could fall out. Very slim, but possible:

--Lose Today
--Have either Baylor OR A+M win, dropping us to the #5 seed (or if they both win, we drop to $6)
--Lose in the 1st round to Colorado or ISU

If we lose today and STILL get the #4 seed, then we're in no matter what. But if we lose and have to play in the play-in game AND lose that game, I think we might be a bit on the bubble.

Losses to Mizzou/ISU or CU back-to-back would probably drop us well into the 40's in the RPI and the committe may frown on that kind of a finish.

Slim, but maybe not a lock quite yet.
