It was shooting small groups at long ranges and all over the place at closer distances.
It was parallax in the scope. I just didn't know how to adjust it right. doh.

It only took seven months to devope this load. Actually, I was getting quiet aggrevated. But I'm very proud of myself now. It took a match bullet and a powder imported from Europe.
