Pres. Bush Visits - Nuts Come Out!

Today, the President visited the building next to where I work. Along with his visit, the nuts seem to come out of the sewers. I took the following pics, to give a sense of the atmosphere surrounding this event. The most obnoxious were the Code Pigs (or is it Pink?)

Shortly afterward, the President's limo exited the alley between my building and the Union League Club to return to O'hare. All the nuts faded back to where ever they came.



It really is interesting to watch these events - the sights, sounds, signs, and nuts. I still get goose bumbs watching the Presidential Limo go by with the police escorts and the black Suburbans with the gun-toting security detail close behind.

I think I've seen a couple of those idiots in Crawford. They bought a house in town and dozens of them are always milling about seemingly doing nothing.

I have to say though that the circus isn't as large as it was when Cindy Sheehan was the ringmaster.
