Onions make everything better.
For the good old American lifestyle: For the money, for the glory, and for the fun... mostly for the money.
What's the trick to keep from letting the fumes irritate your eyes? I know the rubbing a steel sink to get rid of the smell on your hands trick, but I can't really figure out how to keep from getting all weepy.

and me - raw=yucky; cooked=yummy. especially grilled. my son likes to wrap vidalia onions in foil and bake them or put them on the grill..those are the yum too.
Whenever a boy comes you should always have something baking.
The best way is to have your wife do kitchen type chores. That way you don't get weepy.Originally Posted by NormanPride

Greatness.
I get them down at this little grocery store from where I work.
Me and the boys just sit around chopping on them before we go back to work.
I'm not a big fan of eating onions, mainly becaue of the texture of them - but I like the flavor.
When I went to Super Onion Burger, I'd have them fry the burger with the onions on top but then scrape the onions off when the burger was done.
I made those this summer, we hollowed them out and put some kind of cheese stuff in the middle. They were great.Originally Posted by soonerbrat
Everytime I grill I clean the grill with an onion, gives the grill some flavor. Then cut the onion into 1/4, throw some seasonings on it and wrap it in some tinfoil and let it sit on the grill. SOO good.
Thats what the internet is for--slandering others anonymously.
I really like onions. And remember, without onions we wouldn't have weekends and paid holidays.
