Coffee: How much is too much?

I usually drink about half of a standard 12 cup pot. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. I started doing this instead of drinking a soda for the morning jumpstart.

Am i over doing it?

I found a calculator the other day that said based on my size, I'd need 193.3 cups of coffee to kill me. I assume that means within one morning cause I passed 193 cups several years ago.

I know lots of docs and nurses who smoke, what is up with that? Oh, and I drink 6-7 cups of dark roast every a.m. It has never caused me any problems.
