Wanna know what sucks? I am drinking N/A beer, that's what. I've been lifting weights lately trying to hang on to a shred of athleticism. I am 36 and want to crack a 300lb bench press sometime in my life. When I was a kid I could do 255 and then I layed off the weights for 15 years. Now I am back at it and I am up to 275 without any trouble. I'll totally get it. OH YEAH! I am taking some supplements for strength and I can't drink while I am on them. Too much work for the liver. Dang!

I do 240# leg lifts every time I get out of my chair. I usually cheat and use the arm rests though.
