Well, The Passion of the Christ has subtitles...so it'll be okay. I think it'll be an amazing movie...whether or not I'll love it, is another thing. I kinda have a warm spot in my heart for big, crappy blockbuster movies like Starship Troopers and Batman and crap like that. Totally crap. But LOTR was amazing and I loved it. And it was Craptastic too. While I think the Passion won't be craptastic, but will be amazing. Just not with the crapdidliscious stuff. So Troy and Spidey have me hyped. Plus Harry Potter and Starsky and Hutch (which may end up being the greatest movie every made). But I'll definitely see the Passion.
Dawn of the Dead Starsky & Hutch Dodgeball: A Tru Underdog Story Anchorman TROY Spartan Club Dread Hellboy Kill Bill 2
Those all look good, especially Spartan. Also, I don't know if it will be out in 2004 or not, but Michael Mann's Collateral with Tom Cruise will rule, even if it has Tom Cruise in it.
And in the guilty pleasures department (I will not pay for, but I will go see them after I watched the movie I paid for): Hellboy Aliens vs. Predator
Sorry, Trombone... That topic is over here... [link]http://www.soonerfans.firstdownsports.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10068&page=1&pp=30[/link]
No one has mentioned Hidalgo yet? Farging iceholes. http://hidalgo.movies.go.com/ That, Harry Potter, Troy, and Ladykillers top my list. I'll go and see Mel Gibson's movie, but not nearly as quickly as I will the others.
I was below .500 on what I wanted to see and what I actually saw: Saw: Starsky & Hutch - Not as good as I hoped. Dodgeball: A Tru Underdog Story - Funny, could have been better. Club Dread - Funny, could have been better. Kill Bill 2 - Excellent. Didn't sawed: Dawn of the Dead - Loved the previews. Anchorman - No clue why I haven't seen this yet. TROY - Heard it blew. Spartan - Faded away for some reason. Hellboy - Couldn't get myself pumped enough to see this one in theatres.
