    OU at Number #59 .

    The Oklahoma "D" — The second lowest scoring game in the 28-year history of the Holiday Bowl was largely due to a Sooner defense that suffocated Oregon, holding the Ducks more than three touchdowns below their season average. Oklahoma finished the night with eight tackles for loss and ended a late Oregon rally on a Clint Ingram interception.
