A totally bizarre decision.

But there's a lot more that was wrong with this game.

I think it's fair to say that this OU team didn't belong in the MNC game.

i dont know what to say. that was as poor a football decsion as ive ever seen

I'm proud of the attempt to come back and take that to OT but Bob really let there be way to much time on the clock for a opposing QB like RGIII.

IMO RGIII is the Heisman winner this year. Great Player.

well, there goes the bit of respect i had when they were going to go for it

it's coaching when the offense doesn't come out to play in the first half, trying to make it all up in the second. even if ou had won this, the play was so bad they wouldn't have deserved a chance at the championship. now it's all moot. i'll be glad when jones is gone off to the nfl, and we get someone who comes out to play every game.

 

well, it's all over but the last two games that don't mean anything now, the only thing that we can say, is that we win out we take the Big XII, but not much of a consolation. I have seen some stupid decisions, and I'm not one to second guess, a coach, but we just proved that we were scared to play Baylor in overtime. Man the dumbest decision I've seen in quite a while.

 

Congrats to RGIII........................He is a great player! That T.O. let them off the hook!

I was shaking my head win he called a timeout. It made no sense. At best we get the ball back with 20 seconds left, no timeout, and a ways to go. The downside of calling a timeout was huge.

That being said Brent Venables should resign in embarrassment.
