Wheeler, who hails from the same high school which produced Corey Nelson and Frank Shannon, was considered an OU lean, but the 6-foot-2, 225-pound four-star standout will be headed to Austin to play for Charlie Strong. Wonder how much the Abomination Bowl had to do with that.
