Is there a final BCS poll?

 

Nope, just USA Today/Coaches poll and the AP poll.

Is there a reason there isn't a final BCS poll?

 

There just aren't any more numbers to crunch. The ultimate point of the BCS poll is to determine which two teams should play for the MNC. Once the game's over, the BCS' job is done. (The quality of said job depends on which year we're discussing, who made it to the game and who missed out, etc.)

I still wanna know why domer got picked over Oregon for the Fiesta.

 

they were a non-BCS school in the top 6 (like Utah last year)

 

This is a question I should know, but can't remember. At what week in the season does the BCS poll start?

If you're a member of a BCS selection bowl committee, who are you going to take, ND or Oregon?

Pretty easy decision if my only concern is the number of tickets that are going to be bought and the amount of fans that are going to come to my town and spend a butt load of money.
