I don't know about that. He was pretty damn good, and who knows what he might have been without the injuries. I've always wondered the same thing about Mike Gaddis as well, how good could he have been?
Mike Gaddis was a freak. I still remember him going down untouched against *. He was on his way to over 2000 yds.
Just read some interesting news from the scoop. Things appear to be brighter and brighter for the Sooners. The main competition for DGB, is Misery and apparently they never cared to go see any of his high school games. If this is your #1 target, i think you should have been to several by this point. I'm sure misery will attend a game this year but at this point, is it too little too late?

For those who don't know, Portland is hosting a rather large Nike Camp for recruits and Corey Long is a High School football specialist for ESPN. This is an interesting chat that is currently going on but for those that view this at a later time, its still an interesting read.
Thanks for this link. I scanned for mentions of OU. Long also says: OL Patrick Miller will take an official visit here and UNC, already been to Auburn and LSU. He names Kiel the top QB in the class (says Winston is the "most versatile QB" in a follow-up) but wouldn't speculate on where he'll end up. Picked OU and Bama for the championship game.
Yes, I did fail to mention all of this. I think it was great that OU got some talk there considering it looked like SEC and Michigan was talk of the town. Another mention of OU was from Jonathan Gray...the question "Can UT knock off the Sooners this year?" Gray: "Of course" This kid is delusional!

Well missery is holding on to the fact they got DGB and their newest QB committ, Mauk, together. They all think that makes them the front runner. I still believe we are the team to beat.
Oh darn well I guess Misery has it locked up, someone tell Bob Stoops to stop recruiting DGB, its over.
