I think it's quite obvious who most of you will be pulling for in this one due to the last name of the head coach as well as the 2003 Sugar Bowl. Due to that relationship I thought I'd ask around these parts what ya'll thought. It'll be mostly a defensive game due to the prowess of both defenses and the relatively unhealthy state of LSU's backfield. Tuitama is fairly green at QB for UA. The line is 14.5 right now, and I think it will end up being close to that -- 24-10 LSU.
UA's offense is pretty suspect, and that's being generous. LSU should win comfortably. But you're right, Go Cats!
Remember Oregon State coming into The Swamp in 2004? If it wasn't for Serna, they would have won. UA by 3.
Also, the first and last name of the other head coach. Not so much because he beat us twice, mostly because of his coach cowpie speak and general jackassiness.
I could barely care about this game, but I think you guys should win by about 2 scores. Is it in AZ or BR?
LSU will probably win, but I most definitely will not be rooting for them. My dislike for LSU goes beyond the Sugar Bowl...
I'll be pulling for the Cats and I think they will play LSU tough. But it's tough for a visiting team to win at Death Valley on a Saturday night. I'll say LSU by a touchdown or less. Arizona, though, got a huge win by beating BYU, which I think is huge for Mikey's program.
Stoops has his typical aggressive D. Not enough talent and weapons on the AZ O. Tuitama is about it. LSU wins this one, but it's a close defensive battle until the 4th. LSU 14-3
