I tip if they car hop out to my car, I rarely tip at the drive-thru.

Plus, the girl at the drive-thru has spilled coffee all over me once and the other day, handed me a Route 44 with a hole in the side of it that had Diet Dr. Pepper leaking all out of it, all over my car. And I had to ASK for napkins both times that happened, she did not offer any help at all for the clean up either time. So no tip for her!
