I not as well versed in expressing the clinical/physiological causitive relationships of 'flight/fright' etc. as you are. I certainly mean that with respect.

Thanks for the clarifications. In my life, those type situations just happened too fast for a lot of clear deliberation. Not saying that I was brave, but I never ran away. I leave the label of coward or hero for others to judge/apply. I guess that I must of had a lot of hormones stimulating me in what I considered the right thing to do post-act.
