I could see Rhoads or Murphy with a real shot. Both have really turned their programs around IMHO and seem like Penn guys.
Been reading about Tom Clements. I didn't realize he is such a QB coach guru. Aaron Rodgers is a pretty good name for your resume.
It is but these guys who jump back into the College Game sometimes seems to get a case of the Pete Carrolls Sometimes. I'm not trying to imply he would be a cheater like Petey but that they aren't up on all the rules and really have to make a good adjustment if they have been out of the College Game for some time. From what I see Clements has been out of the College Game since a stint at Notre Dame from 1992-1995 and before that he was in the Canadian Football league. That's not much experience dealing with the NCAA. Just a thought...not a criticism.

I like that they gave Mike Leach an A+ He really was the hire of the offseason, IMBO (biased opinion, not humble by any means!)
I am very surprised by the rumor (is it confirmed yet?) that Gus Malzahn is going to Arkansas State. Last year he seemed to be one of the hottest assistant coaching prospects for a head coaching job... and now he ends up at Arkansas State? Perhaps this is Gene Chizik trying to screw Gus... but I dunno. Perhaps Gene is like "Well, I was once a hot coaching commodity, but I chose Iowa State and nearly ruined my career. However, selling your soul to the devil will solve anything."
