Looks like the pubs need to offer a clean funding bill, without attaching amendments that they know will block the funding.

1. End all legal immigration, period.
2. End the student visa program.
3. Catch and deport existing illegals when identified as such.
4. Build a well constituted fence across the entire length of the border.
5. Deploy the US military to the border.
6. Shoot to kill anyone who attempts to breach the border.
