This injury should not drop Gresham out of the 1st round of the draft. As was previously posted, Willis McGahee had a MUCH worse knee injury than Gresham and he was still drafted in the 1st round. McGahee tore multiple ligaments, not cartilage like Gresham.

He didn't, but I can only picture Bob's death stare when he started seeing these reports that his star tight end was out for the season... rumors like this getting reported as facts are troubling. This is totally different than a report saying a QB eats his momma's chicken. I feel bad for Jermaine.

Joking aside, this might be the most accurate of the three Gresham threads. KOCO reported that Gresham's out, Tulsa World reported that Stoops said the report is inaccurate right now... but that his status would be determined later.

Thus, Gresham indeed "may or may not be out for the season."

However, his status is NOT set in stone yet.

This day and age is ridiculous..word of mouth travels so fast..and sources are never dependable..The source that got the word of him being out for the season, probably really heard that skinny jeans are out for the season

I really don't like posting tons of threads on the same topic, but judging on the number of viewers reading the football board now I didn't want people to get scared with the title of the other thread, realizing that the KOCO report was a little bit of a... hmmmmmm.... they jumped to a conclusion. I think that the conclusion they jumped to was wrong.
