Due to my health and personal committments my wife and I are selling our home in Perkins and wer'e moving back to Tulsa. We've found a house in the midtown area and wer'e making an offer this weekend hopefully.

Well, at least you should be able to get a good deal on a home in Tulsa, since every major business has left the area!!! ;)

They're about $130 a square foot down around the Utica Square area, wer'e selling ours for around $90 so not such a good deal.

I could never live in just one square....
