Go TU!

Except for next Friday.

Tulsa easily the 2nd best team in the state.

Fixed.

They will be a good test for our defense. I remember what Paul Smith did to us two years ago, and I still get scared.

Although I think we roll for 600 yards plus on them offensively.

51-28, OU.

Sam Bradford vs Paul Smith should get some press. Big challenge for our D to shut down TU and not pull an Aggie on National TV.

A TU fan just asked me how good our running back was. I heard they were gashed by BYU's running game.

It wasn't Paul Smith that had us scared two years ago. It was Garrett Mills. he set an NCAA record in the 2005 season with 1,235 yards receiving (on 87 receptions), the most yards earned receiving by a tight end in a single season.

I hope you are right, but i seriously doubt it; Smith will probably be the best QB OU will see all season and that includes Opie Taylor at Saxet. :pop:

I'll go out on a limb here and state Tulsa is the best team OU will face in the regular season besides texass. That is why we will run the table and end up in the Fiesta Bowl while usucc and the purple tigers play for all the marbles.

Yes. They hung half-a-hundred (plus five for good measure) on the First team Mormons while OU hung half-a-hundred on the second-string Mormons.

I agree. The BYU defense has a lot of very large Samoans but they aren't exactly quick.

Funny story. I have a friend in T-town who has a neighbor who went to BYU (which course is the LDS Notre Dame and thus has a national fan base). Anyhoo, the guy actully cut some trees down in his yard so several of his BYU classmates could park in his yard while they stayed with him over the weekend.

Its really too bad the aggies are playing Tulsa anymore. Paul Smith would wipe the field with em.

I would have to say we played the 3rd string Mormons. Don't forget Tommy Grady et al.

Tommy looked good yesterday. Only took him 7 years it seems like.

Let's hope that LSU and Florida split their two (projected) meetings this year.

So far, Oct. 6 looks like an awesome football watching day.
