Back, that is, to Aggy's proper and natural status in the Great Order of Things: locked in a desperate battle with Baylor for last place in the Big 12 South.

There is something eerie about Gumby. I think his body has been invaded by space aliens. Think about it - no change in expression, no emotion, hair sculpted carefully in place, does not speak to other humanoids. Programmed to clap hands and pull laminate card from his pants, consults frequently, glazed eyes and skin tone does not look normal. Perhaps the War of the Worlds started and we didn't notice. Heard coming through his head set "Beam Me Up Scotty".

Right now, I'd put my money on Baylor.Bingo! Right now IMHO T. Boone State will be LUCKY if they can go 4-8.

This puts us on par with former national champion Colorado!

Yes, but it also puts you at the BOTTOM of the Big 12, both the south and north, with Iowa State and their crappy new helmets/uniforms, and a pathetic Colorado. Hey--- IT'S DIVISION ONE FOOTBALL! Go play intramurals, little brother.

It also puts you behind Baylor, Kansas and Nebraska, all sitting at 2-1. All other Big 12 teams are 3-0.

Some of them were hoping that their Independence Bowl bid last year meant that they could win it all this year...because we did the same thing in 1999-2000.

I'm not making that up.
