Mack Brown was confronted with the brutal assault on a 120 Lb. student by a 250 Lb. giant tight end named Brock Edwards several years ago. Edwards beat and stomped this little guy, for no apparent reason, in the front yard of the little guy's frat house.

Most of the facial bones of the victim were broken, and major surgery was required to patch the little guy up. Days in the hospital were necessary to put him back together.

Edwards was charged with criminal aggravated assault, and was convicted and placed on probation. The usual easy treatment for Whorn players charged in Austin courts, at the time.

Edwards was not even placed on suspension by Brown, who said Edwards came from a good family, and would not be punished for his savage attack. Now the chickens are coming home to roost for Brown and the Texas football team. Things have been sliding downhill for the Whorns since Edwards was given a free ride after a most grievous crime. The rogue's gallery of lawbreakers is getting longer every week now. Brown has lost control.

Dude, why are you so worried? If this pattern continues, we'll win the RRS simply due to the fact that Mack can't field a team cause they're all in jail.

I lived in Austin for years and it's nothing new that the players there do stupid crap all the time. The only difference is now they seem to be too stupid to get away with it as frequently!

Yeah, but when they get released they will be able to make shanks out of items found on and around the field.

Personal foul, 15 yards for unnecessary shanking

Longhorn Bob was a fan of Mr. Edwards.
