Jeff Fuller (http://newsok.com/keysearch/?er=1&CANONICAL=Jeff+Fuller&CATEGORY=PERSON), one of the top wide receivers in Texas, committed to Oklahoma on Wednesday, according to Rivals.com (http://newsok.com/keysearch/?er=1&CANONICAL=Rivals.com+Inc.&CATEGORY=COMPANY).

The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder from McKinney, Texas, is listed a four-star prospect by Rivals. He also holds offers from Florida, Louisiana State (http://newsok.com/keysearch/?er=1&CANONICAL=Louisiana+State+University&CATEGORY=ORGANIZATION), Michigan, Ohio State (http://newsok.com/keysearch/?er=1&CANONICAL=The+Ohio+State+University&CATEGORY=ORGANIZATION), Texas and Texas A&M (http://newsok.com/keysearch/?er=1&CANONICAL=Texas+A%26M+University&CATEGORY=ORGANIZATION).
Fuller was one of several high-profile recruits to visit Norman last weekend for OU's game against Miami. He was scheduled to visit Florida and Ohio State (http://newsok.com/keysearch/?er=1&CANONICAL=The+Ohio+State+University&CATEGORY=ORGANIZATION), but announced Wednesday he wouldn't take any more visits.

He probably saw his doppelganger burnin the Cane's D for 3 TD catches against single coverage because we have a ton of other weapons.

And it was kind of a shocker. He was a strong lean toward a couple other schools. We were always talked about as an also-ran until this weekend. He loved the atmosphere and the way we threw the ball.

How many schollies now are left for '08? We're at 16 and are expected to offer about five more.

More than likely a couple LBs, a WR, a safety and DE or DT.

Who's the safety prospect, I'm having a mental block right now. We're still sort of scrambling after Herman Mitchell's death, so it's anyone's guess, but we'll still go after someone.

Most of the people at texags are ****ed that Fran let another one get away - particularly the son of a former player. There are a couple over there saying that it doesn't matter because the kid isn't that good anyway. :rolleyes:
