OK how do you creat a poll

I looked in the FAQ, but the create a poll does not come up.

Do you have to be a sponsor???

When you're posting your new thread, there should be a check-box that says "Post a poll with this thread?" and "Number of poll options".

If it isn't there, then yes, you have to be a sponsor.
