while I agree with your first point, a peanut butter sandwich, with enough milk, is far from terrible.

Because jelly/preserves/jam/whatever and peanut butter were made for each other, like Aggies and sheep.

Peanut butter is fine all by itself. Anyone who thinks otherwise should be spoken to in a harsh tone.

I actually don't like almond butter in sandwiches. I use it in recipes, but not in sandwiches... Am I strange?

I could eat an entire jar of peanut butter. I think I'm addicted.

Indeed. Who needs bread? Or jelly?
A jar of peanut butter, a spoon, and a jug of milk = good.

I used to have some really good friends who made their peanut butter sandwiches with butter and peanut butter, but no jelly. The sandwiches were OK, but I'd never make them that way myself. The people were Mormons, but I don't think that affected their sandwich making.

My grandma used to make them like that, I didn't care for it. She was not Mormon.

My grandma mixed the PB with maple pankcake syrup, then spread it on the bread. Good, but very sweet.

1. Nutella pwns all. Sriously.

2. PB with nothing but a spoon is teh awexome.

3. Apple Butter is the second best topping for a pbj sammy.

4. First best is, of course, Cherry preserves.
