Some lady was looking like she was about to jump from the fire escape of a neighboring building. About ten stories up. She was ranting and talking on her cell to someone. About three firetrucks and half a dozen cop cars below.

It just ended when a fireman snuck up on her from above and put her into a bear hug, then inserted her back into the building window.

Good job Tulsa Fire Department. :D
