So, my Dish Network DVR has been acting up lately, and this Saturday, it refused to tune or record the game.
Now, all else being equal, that wouldn't have been the end of the world. I would've just gone to some cheesy sports bar, and watched it off in a corner somewhere, while everyone else watched whatever tedious SEC games were on.
Unfortunately for me, I was busy projectile vomiting. (Non-alcohol related. Might've been food poisoning) And couldn't leave the couch. Let alone the house.
So, I missed the game altogether.
Was wondering if anyone is, y'know, going to happen to host a streaming version of the game somewhere? If not, guess it's alright... We're getting a new box on Wednesday, so I won't miss any more games this season.
I'd even be happy with an edited down version of the game -- but so far all I've found are highlights in the 3 to 5 minute range. Which leaves me a bit hungry for more.
Guess I could cough up some cash and order the DVD version the University puts out -- do they let you order those in single-game quantities? Or do you have to subscribe?
Anyhow. It seems, from everything I've read, and every statistic I've looked at, that I missed one hell of a game.
Can't wait for Miami.
