Call me when wake up. They decided to trip out at about 8am & now they're stuck. They only got 2 stands out & put the kelly on to try to wash out. No luck & now they can't get the kelly off.

What would cause that? Swelling clays? Stresses causing a formation to go slightly oblong?

Sloughing off, sorry MWD hands, ther are quite a few reasons. ;)
Shale swelling up is a problem if you are using water based mud. They're in SE OK so they are probably using oil based mud.
If they didn't pump a low viscosity sweep and a his vis sweep before they came out there could be a lot of cuttings still in the hole. If they didn't circulate long enough after pumping the sweeps there could be a lot of cuttings in the hole. It doesn't take a very large piece of rock to get your pipe stuck.

That, a 6 degree dogleg uphole and several barrels of diesel.

Aww heck. On my last well the DD put three 16* doglegs with 15* doglegs on each side and we made it through.
But that was on a Nomac rig not a Bronco rig ;)
If they can't circulate, it's generally packed off somewhere ie hole cleaning and/or sloughing shale.

They might be unstuck. The kelly's off & stand #3 is hanging by the elevators at the top of the derrick. However, the derrick hand hasn't made it up to the monkey board yet.
