and jk2 boards a plane for kuwait, then he starts the trip home

he thinks he'll land in dallas early saturday morning

if everything goes right, we should be able to swing by the tailgate

he's going to spend some time with his mother up in OKC and visit some of his friends - i'll get to see him very little actually

well as bad luck would have it, he's been delayed just a bit

doubtfull we'll make the tailgate.....if we make the game, we'll swing by afterwards and say hello

otherwise you guys can say hello/thanks to him next week at the miami game

That's great news man. We're all very proud of him. I want him to feel safe and free while he's home. Seriously. Wading in amongst the gameday crowd with nothing to fear and no reason to be scanning constantly for threats, while basking in the glow of his family's love. That's when he'll know he's HOME.

i talked to him in kuwait earlier this afternoon, the flight he was on had 3 flag draped coffins in the back of the C-17

pretty sobering.......
