Can anyone point me to a good place to buy a tri-corner and panama hat?
I'm in the market for both, and I don't want some cheap *** costume ****.
I had a prof recommend a pretty good place for Panama hats, but I can't find a good tri-corner dealer.

You're a century or so off, but I can't find that URL. That's not a legitimate site is it?
And yeah, a powdered wig would actually make it even more awesome.
I always like the idea of wearing knickerbockers.

The only problem with the hats from those links is that they aren't really authentic. I want an authentic reproduction. Something of good quality.

At some point your parents will tire of paying for your foolishness.

yes, it is fake:D
and if we are talking about old fashion statements:
kilt>knickerbockers
if it were socially acceptable, I would wear one of those bad boys all the time

I used to wear knickerbockers in my War of Northern Aggression re-enacting and such. I loved knickerbockers.
Anyway, I think walking around campus with a tri-corner on would be the schizznit.

You're assuming of course that they aren't just as bad as I am.

Pretty much a tricorn. You can also buy a Baldric. Just don't listen to his cunning plans.

You've given up on dating women on campus this year haven't you amigo? ;)
By the way.. Nordstroms has some pretty good Panamas/straw hats. You will pay in excess of $100 for them though.

Heh. They're actually made in Ecuador
For the tri-corner, how about Colonial Williamsburg? I'm sure they have some extras lying around somewhere. They might make you churn butter for one though. ;)
