I picked him in the fourth round of my league. Better yet, he's getting the opening-day start against the Falcons.

I'm not all that into fantasy football, but I don't think I would do it. I just got back from the Vike's vs. Seahawks game this last weekend and came away with two thoughts. #1. That's a really terrible offensive line (with the exception of Hutchinson). #2. AD will get exactly 1/2 of the carries. No more, and probably no less.

Peterson is penciled in as the Viking's goalline back, so if your league is generous with touchdown points, and he can get 50 yards a game, he could be a very nice 2nd-3rd back in a bigger FF league.

With the young QB the vikes have, even at 1/2 carries + goalines he'll be preductive enough for a servicible #2-3. In some games he'll prolly go for near 100 with a few longish runs. He may take over as #1 as the year progresses. The only real reason he'll split carries is for health. And yes, I picked him up in the 5th round, which I thought was about where he should have gone.

My draft is tonight - I'm planning on picking him up.

I would take him in the 5th-6th round. With him splitting time with Chester that will hurt his yards, but the touchdowns will make him a nice addition.

I got him on both teams so far. I just when I pick the OU backs in the college fantasy League, he was still there.

He was my first pick. He should get plenty of carries once Cedric Benson falls on the depth chart for Da Bears!;)

I had the 6th pick in a 16 Team PPR League. I took AD in the 4th Round, 59th overall pick. Shawn Alexander is my #1 RB.

Funny side note, a guy in my draft (live yahoo, $ league) "accidentally" drafted Fragile Fred in the 3ed round, immediately claiming that he meant to take Peterson (who was listed directly above Taylor in the yahoo rankings).

I had him penciled in for my 5th pick but someone snagged him in the 4th round. :(

our league is an autodraft one :( But I have him preseeded around the 10 spot... We only have 10 teams in this one also

I had the #1 and #2 picks in a 12-team dynasty league (thanks to a sweet trade I pulled off last year). Took him first and then took Calvin Johnson.

For the record, I took Frank Gore (49ers RB out of the 'U') as my first-round pick in my 10-team league. AD was my next RB selected.

I picked up AD in the 5th round of my draft.

I have to choose between him and Marion Barber as my second back (behind Gore).

I got AD in the 5th round of my FF draft. I'm probably going to sit him the first week, since I have LT, too. I think AD will be a great player in the NFL, and had to have him. Also managed to get Mark Clayton on my team as well.

I snagged Clayton in the 5th and from the reactions around the tables he was next on several people's lists. My #3 is Brandon Jones taken in the 10th.
