First off, another huge thanks to all of you that helped out during the MDA bowl-a-thon my company did back in the spring. Thanks to your generosity, I was the top individual fundraiser and my team took top team fundraising honors. I never doubted you guys for a minute, but I was still floored by how generous you all were for such a wonderful cause.
Now, having said that, allow me to approach hat-in-hand once again. My company is taking part in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund walk September 29 at the Schusterman Center, and I need your help to reach (and/or demolish) my goal of raising $300. You don't need to be Wilford Brimley to know that "the 'beetus" is not good times, and every little bit helps us get closer to a cure. So if you get a chance, please visit this page (http://walk.jdrf.org/walker.cfm?id=86711020) and sponsor me in the walk. If you'd rather PayPal the money to me, arrangements can be made.
