is this extended cab or crew cab?

on a chevy P/U has 4 doors and full size bench seat in back to sit three.
facing forward.

both have 4 doors and a bench seat in the rear.
extended cab has a rear door that opens from the middle backwards.
crew cab has more room and a rear door that opens in the same direction as the front doors do.
