The NWS says no watches for central OK.

my channel 9 alert thingy keeps popping up on my computer..flood warning for 3 counties and wind advisory for most of western oklahoma.

wel, it is pretty windy outside. but flooding? i mean... maybe there are some areas still flooded from a while back, but i don't know why they'd have a warning still. You'd think everybody'd already know.
