I disagree. I think basically everyone got tired of the same plot of his movies.


"False FBI accusations fueled thousands of articles saying that I terrorize journalists and associate with the Mafia," Steven Seagal told the newspaper. "These kinds of inflammatory allegations scare studio heads and independent producers -- and kill careers."

I would think the inability to act had more to do with it than the fbi, but its just a hunch.

All I know is Under Siege was the best movie of the 1990's, and anyone who says otherwise is a puppy kicker.

Under Siege sucked; worst acting job by Tommy Lee Jones. However, Erika Eleniak sure was a hottie then.

Executive Decision was better and Seagal had a short stint in that one.

Fire Down Below sure was a good one.

Marked for Death and Hard to Kill are 2 other great films with him.
