The greatest comedy ever!!!! This makes the American Pie trilogy seem elementary. Nonstop laughing til the end. It is a must see!!!! I saw it for free at 1 AM with a friend who works at the theatre off Robinson in Norman.

3 movies that I want to see that led up to SUPERBAD:

Ben Stiller in The Heartbreak Kid (move over There's Something About Mary)

Christopher Walken in Balls of Fury (Dodgeball...eh, you aren't great anymore)

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO)

SEE SUPERBAD, NO MATTER HOW OLD ARE YOU...WELL, NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE UNDER 17....ESPECIALLY FOR THAT 16 YEAR OLD WHO GOT A BJ.

What a job.

Dude, what do you do for a living?
I go to movies and count f-bombs and tittay exposures.

Superbad still has some work to do to catch up with Pulp Fiction.

Aren't you the one complaining about fraternity members being immature? Shouldn't this movie insult your intelligence or something?

...This makes the American Pie trilogy seem elementary...

wouldn't it be more difficult to find a movie that doesn't make American Pie seem elementary?

Laughed my *** off. Yeah, it's probably something you don't want to bring your kids to.

"Two teenage boys lie in sleeping bags next to each other (they appear slightly drunk), profess their love for each other and they hug (nothing sexual is implied)."

that was a funny way of putting it.

See, this movie is based on them still being in high school. Frats are way worse. Movie doesn't insult my intelligence. I just thought it was funny and it will be one of the greatest, if not already, comedies ever.

Sure to be a classic.

Blazing Saddles
The Odd Couple
Some Like it Hot
Superbad

Not necessarily in that order. :P

I won't go so far as to say it's the best comedy of all time, or even of the past five years. However, it was freakin' hilarious.

so, it didn't insult your intelligence? that seems to be a new benchmark for determining a good comedy.

Frozen Sooner

Hell, you guys insult my intelligence daily, but I still come here...

:D

There's quite a bit of gross-out humor, but it's done in such a way that it's not terrible.

Total let down. This movie got way too much hype, and I was even on the wagon. The problem is, if you saw the un-edited trailer you saw the best parts of the movie. And even then it wasn't even the same as the trailer! Weird. Most of the young kids around me barely laughed at all.

It's not even close to "best of all time." Or in the same league as D&C or Fast Times.

Funny? Yes, in small doses.

I laughed more at the Simpsons.

one of the cops is from Tulsa and went to Cascia Hall.

Simpsons???? Oh hell no. To each his/her own though.

BTW, my pops, 56, made me watch IT'S A MAD MAD MAD WORLD or whatever it's called and I must say it was quite funny.

I had a bad feeling after the movie that people would talk it up a bit too much though.

I am a fan of the genre, but I keep thinking, "when will this be over?" The best parts were with McLovin, Seth Rogen and the other cop dude.

The Maestro

Rogen and Bill Hader from SNL as the cops were my favorite parts when they were out with McLovin...love the scene in the bar where they are watching the surveillance tape and mocking McLovin as he got punched...

"Yeah, my name is McLovin and I want some...BAM!!!!....Oh, that had to hurt!"

Also, singing "These Eyes" or whatever the name of that song was...that was a classic scene and a great song selection with all those coke sniffers doing the instrument parts.

But no way that fat kid EVER stands a chance with the redhead.

The first guy that hit the fat kid talking up the party when they were in the car was good stuff as well.

But my favorite line was right at the end where big boy was trying on tight jeans and the friend says, "It looks like the division symbol." Greatness!

top 5 funniest ever???? no effing way. not even top 20.

Fagle was great as were the cops. the chubby fro hero played it a little too much.
funny parts. boring parts. it was about 30 minutes too long.

Havent laughed this hard in a long, long time at the movies.
"can you imagine if girls weren't weirded out by our boners and just wanted to see them all the time. Thats the kind of world I want to live in"
For 3 kids that had hardly any acting experience at all, they did pretty good.
