84+ hours without a shower

I was covering for a guy for what should be 24 to 36 hours. It got extended to 48, then 72, then finaly 84 hours. I was working double time. Didnt have a trailor that was hooked up to water.

I remember my first night of call as a medical student. It was only about 36 hours without a shower, but that next day was the best shower I had ever had.

I went a whole week between showers once. Luckily I was camping in the backwoods of Arkansas, so I blended in just fine with the locals.

I was just north west of Enid. That area was extra hot, plowed fields everywhere. I almost hit a couple of deer, someones black angus, but I did run over two possums and a coon.
