I took this from the USS Arizona Memorial. This radar was in Pearl Harbor and they were about to put it somewhere out in the Pacific.

That's not a weather radar. It's the newest sea-based X-band radar (SBX) used for missile detection by the DoD. That bitch is self-propelled.
