Vid chat question

We got my MIL a webcam for her birthday so she can see the baby regularly. However, I don't know what IM/Chat service she can/should use. She is most proficient with aol (e-mail thru aol) Can windows based AIM be used for video? I have no idea as I have a macbook pro with a built in camera.
Bear in mind that this is a 70+ year old woman - the easiest is the best for her.

i believe Yahoo!, MSN and AIM will all do it

getting past firewalls and routers, etc... is harder than getting the client to work
