He should get jail time for wasting the court's and the "defendant's" time.

What a greedy idiot!! It should be simple to prove that the pants were his though!! Thus proving him a liar! Hope he loses his license to practice law as well!!

Claiming that the shop's "satisfaction guaranteed" sign misled customers who, like him, were dissatisfied with their experience, Pearson sought $1,500 for every day that Custom Cleaners displayed the sign over a four-year period, multiplied by the three members of the Chung family, who owned the business.
That settles it. I am filing a lawsuit against Burger King for every day that they use the "Have It Your Way" slogan. Too many times I have had my order messed up (one day I went to BK and they didn't even have any hamburger meat - you're freaking BURGER KING, how do you not have hamBURGER meat?)...

Burger Kings slogan "Have It Your Way", misleads customers who, like me, were unable to get their food "their way"...I figure $5/day per number of employees working in the store.

Pearson could lose his job as an administrative judge for the District of Columbia, where he hears disputes involving the decisions of city government agencies.

The city has warned Pearson it might not reappoint him when his job comes up for review next month, according to The Washington Post.

So he lost his pants, now he will likely lose his job...

Ridiculous! The cleaners should have sued him for the court costs.

Funny that '*******' isn't a bad word.

This is the most blatant case of false advertising since my lawsuit against the movie The Neverending Story.

Then he'll sue DC for violating his civil rights.

Why is it "might not" instead of "will not"? I think this guy lacks the capacity to make good, much less fair, judgements of any kind.

Judges should not have to be re-appointed.

They should be given Lifetime jobs and be able to leave when they want.

People are stupid.

We need these Judges to help us with our lives.

If we were without such great Judges....

We'd get taken to the cleaners every time.
