According to Fox News, one of those yainches from the Rutgers women's b-ball team (you remember them, they had the press conference where they claimed they'd been harmed in every sort of way and probably would never walk again) is suing Don Imus for defamation of character saying her reputation has been irreparably harmed by his comments.

I hope she loses...and goes away into obscurity.
