all they do is sit around and whine about how much work they have to do instead of actually DOING it. I know all places are like that to a certain degree, but these guys are HORRIBLE. Such babies. One in particular. If he spent HALF as much time working as he does whining he'd be out of things to do. He has whined ALL MORNING about how stressed out he is and hasn't done a dayum thing and then 5 minutes ago said "wow, it's already lunch time, I have so much to do!!!!" before heading out the door for lunch. I get so sick of hearing it. I put on my headphones, but they will actually INTERRUPT me to whine. *(&#$(*&%()*@#$^*(@#$()&*@#$&*()%^(

Ask him what code he is charging his time to when he whines so you'll know what code to charge to when you have to listen to him.

The next time they start to complain, punch them in the throat...or kick 'em if you can get your foot up that high.

The next time they start to whine, you should start another thread and whine about them whining.

Good idea. if he ever comes back from lunch I'll ask him.

Bitching I don't mind. Whining gets on my nerves though.
