Is anyone else having problems with the SoonerSports videos? I get a still picture and the sound but nothing else. What do I do?

Try uninstalling your media player and reinstalling it. I had that EXACT same problem when I bought my PC in April for the Spring videos.

I'm also having trouble with the videos running the FX browser. If you're running firefox and having problems with the Window's media video, then just take the url of the video (right click on the link, select properties, and copy the address) and plug it in to the VLC media player. (file, open network stream, network, then select ---"http,https, ftp, mms" and plug the url of the video stream into "url". Then if your firewall asks for VLC to access the 'net, just allow it. Even if you're running IE you might try the VLC media player instead of WMP. It worked like a charm on the "D. Murray Hit" video over on SS.com.
cstv is the succ---agree & so is WMP---If you don't block wmp with your firewall, *&^&*mn thing connects to Microsoft more than Mcafee tries to connect to Mcafee servers. All are succ VLC media player---warning FF on VLC sucks and will cause the player to revert to the video beginning (at least it does on flv files) (http://www.videolan.org/)

i always have problems with their clips, and i'm too computer illiterate and/or lazy to do much about it.

I'm having problems. I've been back-and-forth with their technical service. Seems they've finally given up on me. I can see no reason why these videos should not be playing on my system. Everything is very standard but I keep getting a "ERROR: Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be available."

Very annoying. Anybody else run into this and fixed it? I actually am computer savy, so if it's technical, I'm willing and ready.

I got it to work. It turns out my host file was blocking whatever link they use to stream the video from as a high risk site. Once I cleared out my host file, not only did the video finally play, but I got a couple of unwanted pop-ups when I closed Internet Explorer. Anyway the good news is that I will be able to do the play-by-play this season. :)
