Prayers for my family, please

This morning, around four o'clock, I lost one of my favorite uncles. He had been in a nursing home, in Indiana, and apparently experienced a heart attack. They were able to revive him with CPR and get him to the hospital, only to place him in the ICU on a ventilator. My cousin made the decision to let him go after a talk with the rest of the family.

Uncle Ben was a prankster and at any moment, could make you laugh so hard you'd cry. I'll miss laughing like that.

Again, thanks to all. We lost my father three years ago next Monday, and now that Ben has passed, Mom only has a brother, a sister, and their spouses left.

She's extremely family-oriented, so this has hit her hard.

We did find out today, that all of our family is coming in for the services. And most will be staying at her place. So she will have faces around her that she hasn't seen in quite a while. Makes things a bit easier to deal with.
