Truth or Rumor?

WTF is the realio dealio with the Mathis Brothers?

Gay? Straight? And what is the deal with the gerbil rumor that's been floating around since the days when they had that one store at 3434 West Reno in OKC?

Enquiring minds wanna know.

My uncle, an OKC cop, swore he saw the "gerbil report" filed with the PD. I've since come to realize that my uncle fabricates at times and I no longer believe him.

So. It's still an Okie "urban legend." Kinda like that guy who fell in the vat of Coke syrup at the bottling plant and drowned and the plant was too cheap to drain it. Instead, they used all that syrup in product then turned him over to the coroner.

Gerbil story is an urban legend... Didn't Richard Gere have the same thing said about him?

Both good guys. I'm friends with some of the Mathis family.

They are 100% gay. They had one commercial not too long ago that featured a baby, and I swear to God the thing was either dead or not real.

either way they are creepy. i'd rather buy a sofa at a flea market our out of someone's garage in Moore than Mathis Bros.
