That would be an interesting measure of ****tiness to compile: States You Aren't Surprised to See at the Top of "Worst" Lists

I'm surpised that WV isn't at the top of more of those lists.

Yeah, but I'm not sure how many companies are willing to locate here (or not relocate to Texas from here) because of that.
