I go tommorrow to get the plan of attack for rehab. L-5, S-1 disc is fubared with a twisted vertabrae.

I had the EMG and something else the other day followed by blood work and another MRI...

I'm not sure Tylox would help you or not, all the crap does for me is it makes me sleepy as hell.....and irritable.

Most of the pain is relegated to the front of the knee, just below the kneecap.

I ended up having to get steroid injections in four places in my lower back. Not fun, but I've been pain free for almost six months. Until the shots, I couldn't even sit without excruciating pain.

my doc gave me some of those when I had the same thing. I could only take them at night and then I would sleep for like 12 hours.
